Kenny Kwan is thankful for the chance to perform at HK Coliseum

5 Aug – BOY'Z member Kenny Kwan was elated by the news that he will be having his own concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum in September.

As reported on Mingpao, the singer, who spoke to the media following news that EEG has green-lighted a solo concert for him after cancelling BOY'Z's show due to Steven Cheung's scandal, shared that he was really happy that his dream will finally come true.

"I am very grateful for the support shown by everyone, especially the media, and my [colleagues] from the company. They were really supportive of me in the past week. I am also thankful to the many messages sent by friends in the industry and all the fans, because it is their non-stop support that enabled me to have this Hong Kong Coliseum concert," he enthused.

Kenny reiterated that he never thought that his dream would come true, and that now that it is happening, he can't help but feel very grateful for everything. He also took to social media to express his delight, writing, "I, Kenny Kwan, am having a solo concert at the Hong Kong coliseum! I can't get rid of this excitement from my head. I can't think of any words to describe my feelings and don't know what to say. But I must thank every netizen who supported me! This isn't just about me, it's about all of you who have achieved something impossible!"

He also promised to give the show his all as a way to give back to his fans.
