Kim Kardashian's fluffy sunglasses are serving major 'A Bug's Life' vibes
Kim Kardashian loves pushing fashion boundaries, and we're always down for the ride. Since stepping out at the 2021 Met Gala repping *that* viral outfit (which she's subsequently defended in the best possible way), Kim has been reppin' some serious lewks. From her all-black 'about town' 'fits, to those hot pink Balenciaga numbers on Saturday Night Live, it's safe to say that Kim's style has entered a more daring phase of late. And her most recent get-up is a case in point.
Taking to Instagram overnight, Kim shared snaps of her wearing another head-to-toe look - which is quickly shaping up to be her new go-to, fyi - including black leggings-turned-boots, a wrap top with matching gloves and, most notably, the FLUFFIEST accessories we've seen in a while.
When you scroll through the pics, you can see that Kim is holding a fuzzy black top handle bag in one hand, which has the same convex base as Balenciaga's latest It-bag, leading us to think this look might also be by the designer brand. But it's the fluffy shades that, in my opinion, are the main event.
The oversized style is such a throwback mood (and a departure from the teeny tiny sunglasses trend dominating Instagram over the last few seasons), while the very fluffy frames give the accessory a sort of dress-up, almost costume-y vibe.
When I used to wear massive shades back in the day, my fam used to compare me to a human fly, and now that's all I can think about when I see these furry sunglasses. Like, human fly, but make it far-shun, ya know?
