Knight Frank makes three new senior appointments

Knight Frank has made three new appointments to its Singapore business.

Dr Lee Nai Jia, previously from Edmund Tie & Company, will assume the role of senior director and head of research. He has extensive experience in real estate consultancy, urban and town planning, and data analytics. He holds a PhD in urban planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Tay Kah Poh will take up the role of executive director and head of consultancy, and act as interim head for the firm’s residential sales & leasing unit until the role is filled. In the new role, Tay will advise clients on strategies to optimise their real estate investments.

Alice Tan has been appointed director of the residential project marketing department. She was previously the director and head of consultancy & research in Knight Frank. In her new role, Tan will work together with Edison Ong, head of residential project sales to expand on business development opportunities.

All three appointments come in effect as at 18 June.
