Knock at the Cabin viewers are all agreeing on the same thing about this actor

M. Night Shyamalan's latest film, Knock at the Cabin, has recently hit cinemas, and plenty of the director's fans have flocked in droves to catch his latest offering. For some context, IMDb's official synopsis reads: "While vacationing, a girl and her parents are taken hostage by armed strangers who demand that the family make a choice to avert the apocalypse."

But while the film has received mixed reviews so far, with some commenting that the script isn't as strong as it could be, fans are all in agreeance about one thing, i.e one actor - Ben Aldridge. Specifically that they're obsessed.

The British actor (whose previous credits include Phoebe Waller-Bridge's Fleabag and BBC's Our Girl) plays Andrew, whose family holiday is unfortunately interrupted by said armed strangers. Starring alongside retired professional-wrestler-turned-actor Dave Bautista and Harry Potter's Rupert Grint, many viewers have taken to Twitter to single out Aldridge for both his performance and his looks.

"Kinda in love with Ben Aldridge after watching Spoiler Alert and Knock at the Cabin," one fan wrote as another said: "I didn't fully like Knock at the Cabin (which really saddens me because I am a big fan of Shyamalan's latest work), but Ben Aldridge is f**king spectacular in it. Yes, he gets the best material, but Jesus does he chew right through it! An incredible performance."

Others took the social media platform to commend his acting skills despite their overall opinions of the film, with one fan typing: "Ben Aldridge is a standout in Knock at the Cabin and Dave Bautista delivers a great performance. However, the terrible writing left the story powerless and flat for me. Not bad, but certainly far from great."

"Just saw KNOCK AT THE CABIN. And how have I never heard of Ben Aldridge before?!" a fourth said as a further fan commented on how "distracting" he was.

Knock at the Cabin is in cinemas now.
