Construction and property company Koh Brothers Group announced on March 9 that it has submitted the winning bid of $120.4 million ($1,805 psf per plot ratio) for the en bloc sale of the 32-unit, freehold Toho Mansion at Holland Road. The bid price is 9.5% higher than the $110 million reserve price set by the owner of Toho Mansion. Nine bids were made for the site, says Edmund Tie & Company, which brokered the sale.
Located adjacent to the Ford Road Good Class Bungalow Area (GCBA), the 47,660 sq ft residential site has a plot ratio of 1.4, which means a potential gross floor area of 73,396 sq ft, including a 10% balcony area.
The site is located within walking distance of Holland Village lifestyle enclave, Holland Village MRT station, and the Government Land Sales site near Holland Village (with tender closing on March 20).
