Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are being called out online for their "embarrassing" public display of affection at a friend's wedding.

On Saturday, the newly-engaged couple attended the Bel Air wedding of public relations executive Simon Huck and his longtime partner, Phil Riportella.

In true Kardashian fashion, the 42-year-old Poosh founder shared several snaps from the star-studded nuptials with her more than 150 million Instagram followers. However, one video Kardashian shared has raised eyebrows online.

In a clip originally captured by journalist Derek Blasberg and reposted to Kardashian's Instagram story, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star is seen straddling Barker as other guests look on.

“Oh yeah happy birthday @travisbarker,” Blasberg captioned the video (Barker celebrated his birthday on Nov. 14).

In another clip, Kardashian can be seen leaning in for a passionate kiss.

The footage quickly sparked criticism online, with fans calling the footage an "uncomfortable" interaction to witness at a "formal, family function."

"Damn, can't y'all get a room?" someone tweeted." Disrespect and disregard for guests."

"Nothing against people expressing their feelings by giving her fiancé a kiss or hug," another wrote. "Watching a 42-year-old mother-of-three climb someone at a wedding is not appropriate. There's a time and place for everything. It's a formal event, you can show some respect to the people that invited you."

"Sorry, I think they look really trashy. It’s somebody else’s wedding," someone tweeted. "It’s all about them and how much attention they can get. They seem like a nice couple but over-the-top these days. Possibly their children will see this online and their children’s friends."

"I'm embarrassed for her," another commented. "She seems like she's trying too hard to be something she's not. I'm embarrassed watching that."

Kardashian wasn't the only sister in her family to face backlash for being "inappropriate" at a friend's recent wedding.

Kendall Jenner has also been under fire, after she opted to wear "barely-there" dress over the weekend. The 26-year-old attended pal Lauren Perez's wedding dressed in a $1,815 ($1,450 USD) black Diamond-Cutout Two-Piece Maxi Dress from New York-based brand Mônot.

While Jenner's look was certainly a show-stopper, many have argued that it was "unequivocally" the wrong outfit choice for the occasion.

"It's giving 'wearing white to a wedding' energy," one person commented.

“I love Kendall,” one Instagram user wrote. “But, is she in love with the groom or something?”

"She really wore this to someone else’s wedding. Kendall Jenner is the biggest pick me girl ever," someone else tweeted.
