Kris Aquino keeps quiet about network change

The actress wants her fans to respect any decision that she makes

23 Aug - TV personality Kris Aquino is keeping mum about ongoing rumours of her supposed transfer to GMA Network, except for some ambiguous messages on Instagram.

As reported on ABS-CBN News, the actress, who took a few months hiatus from showbiz earlier to spend more time with her family, was previously rumoured to be moving to the rival network, after she admitted to have changed her manager from ABS-CBN's Deo Endrinal to Tony Tuviera.

Tuviera, who is the owner of APT Entertainment and TAPE, is also the producer of two popular GMA shows, "Sunday PinaSaya" and "Eat Bulaga".

Amid ongoing rumours about her transfer, Aquino recently posted an unclear message on Instagram, saying, "My family understood I needed some time to reflect and just be on my own. You all have a right to your opinions regarding decisions I've made [and] continue to make because you are all stakeholders in my career, and I need you...

"But I've also been praying that you will reciprocate the respect I've tried my best to consistently give you by being a dedicated [and] passionate professional."

Rumours of Aquino's transfer sparked back in June, when she decided to make her first comeback since hiatus on Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera's morning show, "Yan Ang Morning".

However, she later clarified that she accepted the interview as a show of gratitude towards Rivera and husband Dingdong Dantes' full support for Leni Robredo during the election.
