Lady Gaga reveals title and September drop date for new single
Lady Gaga has unveiled details about her forthcoming single, which is scheduled for release next month.
The singer took to Instagram to reveal that the title of the new song is "Perfect Illusion", and confirmed that it will be unleashed for fans in September, although she did not mention a specific date.
The track, produced by Tame Impala singer Kevin Parker with Mark Ronson and BloodPop, will mark the first new music from Gaga since her 2013 album "Artpop", other than the joint album "Cheek To Cheek", which she worked on with Tony Bennett in 2014, and the single "Til It Happens To You'" in 2015 for the documentary "The Hunting Ground".
NME reports that Gaga's new album will see her reunite with RedOne, producer of her hits "Poker Face", "Just Dance" and "Bad Romance", with Nile Rodgers of Chic, Giorgio Moroder and Elton John also rumored to have worked on the album.
