Lattice reports 4Q loss

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) _ Lattice Semiconductor Corp. (LSCC) on Wednesday reported a loss of $8.2 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Portland, Oregon-based company said it had a loss of 7 cents. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs and costs related to mergers and acquisitions, came to 10 cents per share.

The chipmaker posted revenue of $118.1 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $54.1 million, or 45 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $427.1 million.

Lattice shares have fallen 4.5 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $7.03, a climb of 48 percent in the last 12 months.
