Lauren Ash has opened up about navigating life with ADHD.

On Wednesday, the 39-year-old "Superstore" actress took to TikTok to share a candid video about how her recent diagnosis affects her daily life.

In the video, the Belleville, Ont.-native filmed herself explaining how ADHD affects her ability to follow-through with to-do lists.

"There have been some people in my life that have questioned whether I actually do have ADHD or not after I was officially diagnosed by a medical professional," Ash said. "But regardless, today I had a to-do list of about 35 things, and I looked at all the items, and instead of doing anything on that list I went online and purchased four citrus trees to be potted and grown in my backyard."

In the candid video, the star flopped on her bed while rocking her loose waves, a glossy nude lip and thin black eyeliner. Ash paired her fresh-faced look with a gold pendant and a grey tank top.

"The struggle is real, but hopefully in one to three years I’ll have limes?" she captioned the 25-second clip, while adding the hashtags "#ADHD" and "#ADHDinwomen."

Fans loved her honest message and shared their experiences with ADHD in the comments.

"Totally relate to this! Good luck with your fruit trees," a fan told Ash.

"I had a giant to do list. I’m currently cleaning my patio furniture. Not on the list and not even a little bit important," said a follower.

"I feel you. I have my checklist in my head, but I'll only remember if I write it down. But I always forget to write it down!" wrote another.

"I have been really frustrated with my ADHD and my lack of attention or ability to do things lately, so thank you for opening up about this and thank you for reminding me not to be so hard on myself!" added someone else.
