A producer and writer for NBC's upcoming Law & Order spin-off focusing on Chris Meloni's character Elliot Stabler has been fired by Dick Wolf for threatening to shoot looters.

The Wrap reports that Craig Gore shared a photo of himself posing with a large weapon captioned "curfew" in a now-deleted Facebook post.

He then wrote: "Sunset is being looted two blocks from me. You think I won't light motherf**kers up who are trying to f**k [with] my property I worked all my life for? Think again…"

In a statement, Law & Order creator and executive producer Dick Wolf wrote: "I will not tolerate this conduct, especially during our hour of national grief. I am terminating Craig Gore immediately."

Gore has also worked on Wolf series Chicago P.D and was an executive producer of S.W.A.T..

A screenshot of Gore's Facebook post was tweeted to Meloni by Drew Janda, a post-production assistant on the OWN series Greenleaf, who has also worked on Big Little Lies.

Jada captioned the screenshot: "Ayy @Chris_Meloni your new showrunner is a proud boy."

However, the actor responded by saying Matt Olmstead was his showrunner and he does not know Gore.

"Truth: Matt Olmstead is my Showrunner," Meloni wrote. "I have gotten no word on ANY hirings I have no idea who this person is or what they do."
