Lee Kuan Yew's condition 'has worsened': PMO

Former Singapore Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew's condition "has worsened", the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement released just after noon on Saturday.

The latest announcement comes after days of updates from the PMO that Lee remained in critical condition in intensive care.

Lee, 91 has been warded at the Singapore General Hospital since 5 Feb for severe pneumonia. Some members of the media and the public have been camping out at SGH, waiting for word on Lee's health.
