LG Manoj Sinha inaugurates digital banking, agricultural training programs

Pampore (J&K), Sep 15 (ANI): In order to promote sustainable agriculture and door-to-door banking services for J&K rural women, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sept 14 inaugurated three training programs- ‘Digipay Sakhis’, ‘Krishi Sakhis’ and ‘Pashu Sakhis’. Speaking to ANI, Manoj Sinha said, “The Digipay facility will be provided in 2,000 remote villages of the Union Territory. In its first phase, a total of 80 women from Self Help Groups across the Jammu and Kashmir Division have been selected as ‘Digipay Sakhis’.”
