LA indie rock band Warpaint have released "Whiteout" in advance of this week's upcoming album "Heads Up."

First track "New Song" was released on August 1 and "Whiteout" arrives just days ahead of "Heads Up," a third studio album for the quartet.

Since its second long player, the self-titled "Warpaint" was released in 2014, bassist Jenny Lee Lindberg made debut studio album "Right on!" while Australian-born drummer Stella Mozgawa has collaborated with a number of other musicians, including Kurt Vile, Megan Washington, Soko, and SBTRKT.

Together with multi-instrumentalists Emily Kokal and Theresa Wayman, they are currently on a world tour that completes its US and Canadian leg on October 13 before dates in the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands and Iceland. A primarily US-oriented schedule recommences in November.
