"Little Big Master" wins at a Canada film fest

7 Jul - The critically acclaimed Miriam Yeung-starrer, "Little Big Master", has recently won an award at Canada's Niagara Integrated Film Festival.

As reported on HK Top Ten, the movie, which is based on the true story of a retired headmistress returning to work for a small kindergarten in Yuen Long Village, won Best Family Film at the event that ran from 18 to 21 June.

Producer Benny Chan was ecstatic to learn the news.

Currently working on new film "The Deadly Reclaim" in Shaoxing, he expressed, "I am very happy and would like to thank everybody who has contributed in this film."

"Without the spirit of a good team, a good movie will not be realised. I sincerely thank all of you."
