Zelensky appoints Andriy Sybiha as Ukraine's new foreign minister

Ukraine's parliament on Thursday approved the nomination of Andriy Sybiha as foreign minister, part of the biggest government reshuffle since the full-scale Russian invasion two and a half years ago. Sybiha replaces Dmytro Kuleba, who pressed the West to come to Ukraine's aid after Russia's invasion and to provide it with weapons to fend it off.
