Lori Loughlin reported to California's Victorville Federal Correctional Institute on Friday to begin her two-month prison sentence after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud. Her guilty plea followed the college admissions scandal in which Loughlin, her husband, designer Mossimo Giannulli, and actress Felicity Huffman were the A-listers involved.

Per E! News, her daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose, had a hard time seeing their mom off as she left to spend the holiday season in prison.

"The girls were there saying their goodbyes before Lori headed off," a source told E!. "It was a big moment for their family and everyone was very upset. Although the girls knew it was coming and have had time to prepare, it's still devastating to see their mom go. Both Olivia and Bella are very distraught over it. They are grateful it is for only two months but are anxious knowing they will have a very different and hard holiday season this year."

The source told E! that Loughlin that "Lori was upset but is putting on a brave face for the family. She's trying to be strong. She's ready to get in and out and close the door on this chapter."

Neither Olivia, 21, or Bella, 23, has spoken out directly about the college admissions scandal or their parents' role in bribing the University of Southern California to admit their daughters. Last December, Olivia Jade posted her first YouTube video since the scandal broke earlier in the year.

"There's no point in me just talking for 10 minutes to the camera about how I wish I could say something when I really can't so I'm going to leave it at that," she said.

Mossimo Giannulli will not leave for his five-month prison sentence until Loughlin returns from hers.
