Love Island's Luke Trotman and Siannise Fudge have reportedly split after almost two years together
Winter Love Island 2020 runners up Siannise Fudge and Luke Trotman have apparently split after almost two years together, according to reports.
The couple - who narrowly missed out on the £50k jackpot to Paige Turley and Finley Tapp last year - were initially rumoured to have gone their separate ways after they appeared to stop posting content together.
Now, it's been reported that the relationship is apparently "over", with a source telling The Sun, "It's been a really hard couple of weeks for both of them but it's over for now."
Speculation recently surfaced when fans realised that the pair hadn't shared an Instagram grid post together for over a month, which is unusual for the couple. Luke, 24, last shared a grid post with 27-year-old Siannise on 7 October, while Siannise's last video with Luke was on 28 September.
It's also thought that the pair haven't appeared at a public event together since the Eternals premiere on 27 October. However, they do still follow each other on Instagram, despite their absence from each other's profiles.
Siannise also fuelled rumours further earlier this month after she shared a cryptic Instagram Story with a quote from singer Summer Walker. The post titled "Still Over It" read: "You don't have to guess if something is love. Love is shown through actions. Stop making excuses for people who don't show up for you."
"Don't ignore the red flags," the post continued. "And don't think you have to stay somewhere 'cause you can't find better - you can and you will."
Split rumours initially started circulating in October, after eagle-eyed fans noticed Siannise had changed the caption of a cosy mirror selfie with Luke on her Instagram account.
The original caption included the quote: "When you find someone who takes care of your mind, body & soul. Who makes you laugh and accepts your flaws.” However, it was since scrapped in favour of a simple white heart emoji.
Fans took to Reddit to question whether pair had split (via The Sun). In a thread, one follower questioned: “Are Siannise and Luke T okay? [I] noticed she changed the caption from a really long one about keeping someone who sets your soul on fire to just a heart."
The post sparked concern amongst other fans, who noticed the couple had been quiet on their joint clothing brand CONQR’s account too. Someone else replied: “Noticed that nothing has happened with their joint clothing company for a long time, unless I'm missing something."
However, others were quick to defend the pair, as a separate Reddit user replied: “Maybe she just posted it in the moment and then thought it was too personal and open and changed it.”
Fellow Instagram users have gushed over the couple in the upload, with one commenting: “I’m happy y’all are still together”, while another wrote: “Hope you two stay together forever.”
But that’s not all. Just days prior Siannise posted a cryptic Instagram quote, which also added fuel to the fire that the romance between the Love Island pair was on the rocks.
In the Instagram Story, the former beauty consultant shared a post which read: “Understand this: You can sound confident and have anxiety. You can look healthy but feel like s**t. You can look happy and be miserable inside. You can be good looking and feel ugly.
"So be kind, because every person is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. Always."
Siannise then followed up with another Instagram Story including the quote: “Whatever that your heart prays the most for, I pray it’s a prayer that’s meant to be.”
