Love Island 2018 star Laura Anderson has unveiled a new tattoo tribute to Caroline Flack, following the presenter's death earlier this month.

In a post on her Instagram page on Thursday (February 27), Laura shared a picture of the new tattoo on her inner wrist, which includes the words 'Be Kind' alongside a tiny butterfly.

"It's not until now this has become 'fashionable'," Laura captioned the post. "All I've ever wanted is to be kind. This is for you Caroline, and the rest of the human race. #bekind."

Former Love Island presenter Caroline died by suicide on February 15, and the show and its stars led the tributes to Caroline after news of her death broke.

Laura was among those who paid tribute to the star, sharing a picture of Caroline on the ITV2 show alongside the caption: "What a cruel world we live in.

"So much I want to say in anger & frustration however the priority lies with respecting Caroline's family at this time. The fact that we're all sat here tonight with such devastating news all too close to home is just too much and too soon.

"Caroline will always be a beautiful, funny, talented and unique woman with a lot of passion and heart for all that she did. I can't believe you're no longer here. You were and always will be loved by so many and I'm so sorry this life didn't give you the support that you needed. I hope we all learn something from this tragedy."

Laura Whitmore also paid a number of tributes to her friend, including a message in the ITV2 show's recent Winter finale, which was dedicated to Caroline.

"Caroline loved Love Island, she loved love and that's why tonight's final is dedicated to her," Laura told audiences, ahead of a montage of Caroline's time working on the show.
