The singer and Saturday Night Live star, both 24, are residing in a luxury building in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood, according to TMZ. The outlet reports that they’re living in a $16 million unit that’s 4,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. They also enjoy amenities available to all residents in the building: incredible views, state-of-the-art appliances, a private Imax theater, gym, and pool.
Not sufficiently impressed? Consider that the building was designed by late Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid. The building’s website boasts that its 39 residences were “individually crafted, each with the artist’s signature mark woven into the design.” Oh, and Sting is a resident too.
While Grande and her fiancé’s move involves a luxurious new pad, it hasn’t been totally seamless. Over the weekend, she shared a meme of SpongeBob SquarePants sitting on a nearly empty ocean floor. “Us in our new apartment with no furniture 1 speaker and red vines,” she captioned it.
At the same time that Grande and Davidson are finding domestic bliss, she’s also making career moves. She released a new song, “The Light Is Coming,” featuring Nicki Minaj, this week. Grande continues to tease her upcoming album, Sweetener, which is now available for preorder. She shared a snippet of one piece that she calls “Pete,” which she confirmed is about Davidson.
