Lugansk governor urges residents to 'evacuate if you have the chance'
The Governor of the Lugansk Oblast in eastern Ukraine, Sergiy Gaiday, warns residents to "leave, evacuate", if they have a chance. He adds that the area is bombed "24 hours a day", but remains optimistic and urges people to remember the withdrawal of Russian troops from the Sumy and Kyiv regions, saying "there will be the same thing in the Lugansk region".
