New luxury condo skyscraper launches in Manhattan

Knight Frank, in conjunction with global real estate firm Bizzi & Partners Development, announced the launch of 125 Greenwich Street, a new 88-storey luxury condominium skyscraper in downtown Manhattan.

Located one block from One World Trade Centre and the Oculus train station, the 273-unit development is surrounded by panoramic views of the Hudson River, the Statue of Liberty, and the World Trade Centre Complex, says Knight Frank. Prices range between US$1.215 million ($1.61 million) for a 418 sq ft studio to US$12.75 million for a penthouse.

The condo features an exposed concrete column that runs throughout the height of the building, as well as a curved glass facade. This structural solution facilitates a nearly column-free interior for flexible residential configurations and sweeping views of the city.

The development features a 15,000 sq ft private club across the top three floors, with lifestyle and wellness amenities. It also has a screening room, and a 10-seater private dining room with fireplace and catering kitchen. In addition there is a 50m lap pool, spa and sauna facilities, fitness centre and yoga studio.

The project is set to exhibit in Singapore on Jan 20 and 21, at the Asean Room in the Hilton Hotel, from 11am to 7 pm.
