Machine Gun Kelly says 'the universe' sent Megan Fox to make him 'a better person'

Watch: Machine Gun Kelly reckons the universe sent him Megan Fox

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are in it for the long haul. In an interview with NME, the “Bloody Valentine” singer explained how meeting the actress has made him a better person.

Kelly, real name Colson Baker, met the Transformers star earlier this year filming the upcoming thriller Midnight In The Switchgrass. He was also in the middle of working on his pop-punk album Tickets to my Downfall, and the musician revealed how Fox changed his life and the meaning of the album title. According to the rapper, he was “coked out of my mind in a drunken stupor” before dating the actress.

Tickets is essentially my diary,” he shared, “because I did fall in love during the making of this record, and I did become a better person.”

“It’s interesting,” he continued. “There was probably a crossroads in the middle of making this album where the title would have lived up to the reality. I think the universe caught on to me wanting to make a change. It was like: ‘Maybe we won’t make this a reality; maybe we’ll make this ironic.’ Instead of the downfall, go ahead and have the biggest rise of your f****** life.”

Kelly added, “You know what’s so beautiful, bro? Love is the one thing that can’t be restricted. No one has the power to stop that, as much as so many have tried in my life thus far.”

“He recently met her kids for the first time. Megan thought it was a natural step, since they are getting more serious,” the source said of Fox’s decision to have the rapper meet sons Noah Shannon, 7, Bodhi Ransom, 6, and Journey River, 3.

“They are in a committed relationship and it's not just a fling. They are planning a future together,” the insider continued, adding they “spend as much time together as they can” and are “doing great.”
