Maja Salvador not worried about romance rumours

18 Jan - Maja Salvador has been in showbiz for quite a while to know that there is a possibility that she will be romantically linked to her onscreen partner, Paulo Avelino.

But according to Inquirer, the cheery star has no issue with it, saying that she understands that such a thing is part and parcel of the industry.

Salvador, whose upcoming movie with Avelino, "I'm Drunk, I Love You" will be released in February, stated that she is totally comfortable working with Avelino, especially after working with him twice before, in "Status: It's Complicated" and "Bridges of Love".

"With Paulo, what you see is what you get. I always enjoy hanging out with him. I can say that he is my favorite leading man," she said. "He's really special and easy to work with."

Salvador also admitted that aside from Avelino, she also enjoyed working with the rest of the cast of the said movie, and the team behind-the-scene, including first time director JP Habac.

"I am happy I got to work with someone so young and inspired. It was refreshing," she added.
