When it comes to concealers I've found that some of the best formulas are also some of the cheapest. Like e.l.f's £5 Camo Concealer, which is so good we gave it a beauty award.

But, if I had to pick just one brand for my go-to cover up, it would have to be Makeup Revolution.

Their original £4 Conceal & Define quite literally broke the Internet when it launched, following glowing reviews that claimed it rivalled Tarte's Shape Tape.

Due to it's success, the brand released a second version last year: Conceal & Hydrate, which had all the same concealing powers as the first but with hyaluronic acid for added hydration.

If you thought they were done there, oh no. Revolution's latest addition to their Conceal & Define line might just be there best one yet because not only does it cover spots, but it also helps to fight them too.

Conceal & Define Infinite Longwear Concealer contains 20% more pigment than their previous versions, which means the same amount provides 20% more coverage. Not only will you need less product, but with an impressive wear time of 16 hours, you won't need to worry about touch ups either.

Don't get me wrong, that's incredible and all, but for me the best thing about it has to be the addition of skincare ingredient niacinamide.

Known for it's anti-inflammatory properties - exactly what you need when an angry red crater errupts on your chin - niacinamide can also improve the appearance of enlarged pores, help even skin tone and improve your skin barrier, which will ultimately help prevent further breakouts in future.

All that and I still haven't had a chance to mention it's available in 60 shades.

Hurrah.

Conceal & Define Infinite Longwear Concealer launches on the 29th January and is available in the original size for £6 and XL for £9.
