MANILA — Malacañang has declared April 28, Friday as a special non-working day in Metro Manila through proclamation number 197 because of the 30th ASEAN Summit .
“No Work, No Pay” policy should be implemented for those who will not report for work except if the company has a collective bargaining agreement for the said day.
However, if an employee still reports to work, the employee shall receive additional 30 percent to his daily pay.
From April 26 to 30, several activities will be conducted related to the ASEAN Summit in Metro Manila to be attended by different world leaders and foreign delegates. — UNTV News & Rescue
