Malaysia's international reserves up at $103.7 bln as of Jan 15

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 22 (Reuters) - Malaysia's gross international reserves rose slightly to $103.7 billion as of Jan. 15, from $103.6 billion on Dec. 31, the central bank said on Wednesday.

The reserves position is sufficient to finance 7.4 months of retained imports and is 1.1 times total short-term external debt, Bank Negara Malaysia said. (Reporting by Mei Mei Chu; Editing by Subhranshu Sahu)
