Malmesbury Abbey Threatened by Fire in Suspected Arson

Wiltshire Police issued an appeal for information after a bin fire threatened Malmesbury Abbey on June 3.

Police said they believed the three bins were set on fire deliberately.

“There have been ongoing issues in Malmesbury recently with a small group of individuals acting in an anti social manner causing problems for residents," said Inspector James Brain in the press release.
