Man investigated for toothpicks perforated on bus seat

A man was charged in court on Tuesday (19 Sept) on four counts of mischief for putting toothpicks into bus seats with the pointed ends sticking out.

Lim Lye Seng, 60, allegedly committed the offenses four times this year between July and August on bus number 123M along Lower Delta Road.
