Marcus Rashford is the face of first underwear campaign for Nike
Marcus Rashford stars in the campaign for Nike’s new underwear line which he shared to his Instagram page with the tagline “Start your day the right way”.
In the video shared by the Manchester United forward and in stills for the brand, Rashford is seen playing with a football and working out in various different styles of boxer.
Nike’s new range of men’s underwear includes basic T-shirts as well as boxer shorts and is avaiable at JD Sports.
The styles are designed for various activities to be comfortable and versatile. They feature the brand’s DRI-FIT technology and are made in a four-way stretch material, with sweat-wicking technology.
The campaign also features NFL wide receiver Jarvis Landry, and the brand's own trainers Akin Akman and Ariel Foxie.
Rashford signed a seven-figure deal with Nike in 2016 to appear in the sports brand’s campaigns for five years.
The footballer has made headlines this year after campaigning for free school meals for children and has been awarded an MBE.
After MPs voted down Rashford’s bid to extend free school meals over the half term, he continues to campaign and has spurred support across the country, with local businesses, charities and volunteers rallying to help those in need.
