MediaCityUK launches The Lightbox in Singapore

MediaCityUK will launch its UK apartment development, The Lightbox, in Singapore on May 28 and 29 at St Regis Hotel.--thisisapagebreak

The Lightbox is a 19-storey residential tower located in the city of Manchester and comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The two-bedroom units sized from 427 sq ft will be priced between £235,500 and £315,950, while three-bedroom units are from 982 sq ft and will be priced from $347,950 to £385,500.

The project is developed by MediaCityUK, a joint venture between Peel Land and Property Group; and Legal and General Capital. The 250-year leasehold development is scheduled to be completed by 1Q2019. The building offers views of MediaCityUK, the waterfront and Manchester City Centre skyline including Old Trafford, Manchester United’s football ground.

MediaCityUK has its own Metrolink station, known as MediaCityUK and is situated within the grounds adjacent to both residential buildings, providing easy access into Manchester City Centre, Altrincham and Bury. The BBC has been operational at MediaCityUK since 2011.
