A-Mei releases LGBT products ahead of concert

3 Apr – A firm supporter of the LGBT community, Taiwanese diva A-Mei has recently released two new 'rainbow-friendly' products to be sold at her concert venue.

According to Focus Taiwan, the singer's record label EMI revealed that the singer will produce a rainbow towel printed with the word 'Utopia', as well as a handheld sign/hand fan that can be used to show support for gay rights.

EMI representative stated that the two products will be sold at the Taipei Arena beginning 4 April, ahead of A-Mei's "Utopia" series of concerts.

The proceeds of the sales will be donated to the Taiwan Alliance to Promote Civil Partnership Rights.

A-Mei will be holding her "Utopia" concert in Taipei from 4 to 15 April.
