SINGAPORE – From the same establishment that gave us Merci Marcel in Orchard, Tiong Bahru and Telok Ayer, Merci Marcel Group is introducing French Fold, all-day new dining destination that’s opening today (26 October).

French Fold’s intimate space is located at 204 Telok Ayer Street and is housed between Napolean Restaurant and Awesome Cafe.

On the menu, one of the star products is the galette, a gastronomic speciality that is offered throughout France. French Fold will deliver their unique interpretation of traditional French galettes as well as an assortment of crepes focusing on new and classic flavours.

Using imported buckwheat flour, the galettes are gluten-free and paired with a variety of high-quality ingredients imported from France. Diners can choose from classic galettes complete with artisanal ham, egg and cheese or opt for more novel ones such as the “Fourme D’ambert” served with blue cheese and walnuts.

The dining menu will also be complemented with an extensive drinks list comprising of both alcohol and non-alcoholic options. Guests can imbibe on exclusive wines that are 100% organic and vinified sustainably, original cocktails conceptualised with Proof & Company, and a fresh range of organic ciders.

“French Fold is an all-new dining concept and we are humbled to introduce the fourth establishment under Merci Marcel Group in three years. We are committed to delivering the same quality experience associated with our other brands and with French Fold, we want it to be a welcoming space for all. A space suited for all moments – a quick coffee session, looking for a hospitable place to complete some work, or special dining occasions, French Fold welcomes all,” shares Antoine Rouland, Merci Marcel Group’s Managing Director.
