The Transformers collaboration event for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) is now live, with new Epic-tier skins depicting three iconic Transformers characters and other rewards up for grabs through an in-game event that will run until 22 November, publisher Moonton shared on Wednesday (25 August).

Autobots Optimus Prime and Bumblebee as well as the Decepticon Megatron will join the battle in the Land of Dawn as skins for the heroes Johnson, Granger, and X. Borg, respectively.

Players can redeem these skins by participating in the Transformers: Battle Paint in-game activity. They can acquire the skins by collecting all six sprays that correspond to one part of each of the three Transformer skins. The probability of acquiring sprays for each Transformer will vary depending on the date.

From 24 to 30 August, there will be an equal probability of unlocking sprays for all three characters. The probability of unlocking a Bumblebee spray will then be increased from 31 August to 27 September, followed by a probability increase for unlocking Megatron sprays from 28 September to 25 October, and with the Optimus Prime sprays getting higher drop rates from 26 October to 22 November.

Redundant sprays can also be converted to special 'Energon' sprays, which can be exchanged for spray boxes that will give players a chance to get sprays for the character of their choosing.

Accumulating a certain number of draws will also give players more Energon sprays to unlock more Transformer-related rewards such as avatar frames, expressions, and effects. The first wave of the collaboration will take place from 24 August to 10 September, with more in-game items for grabs in the second wave.

"The Transformers franchise is well-loved by fans around the world, and we wanted to bring the classic sci-fi action even closer to our Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players,” Roger Yu, MLBB's Game Director, said in a press release.
