Netizens were dismayed with Ninoy International Aquino Airport (NAIA) after a photo of its employees playing computer games while at work has circulated on social media on Monday.

The photo was originally posted by blogger Fashion PULIS saying it was only forwarded by a reader and was later shared on Facebook by Favradio page.

"NAIA Employees playing at work. Kaya naboboto sa worst airport [That is why it is voted as the worst airport]," the admin of Favradio page wrote.

The photo showed that two employees were playing next to a long line of people at the nearby window.

However, it was not mentioned if the employees were on duty or on a break.

Davee E. Kearton said, "Dapat kahit anong business establishments, public or privately owned, my sistema na binablock ang access sa sites unrelated to the jobs/work. Kaya nga my I.T. department di ba. [Every business establishment, publicly or privately owned, should have a system that blocks access to sites unrelated to their jobs. That is why they have IT departments]."

Shiela Mari Bautista posted, "Mahiya naman kayo mga kababayan, worst airport na nga bansa natin kase worst employee rin. Totoo yan, matataray at mayayabang ang karamihan sa employee ng gobyerno natin. Gising bayan [You should be ashamed, fellowmen, we're the worst airport because we have the worst employees. That is true, most of the employees of the government are unkind and boastful. Wake up!]."

Ariel Pitt said, "Whether or not those two lady employees is on break or not, the fact that they're there sitting doing nothing is already unacceptable. They should leave their post and have a reliever to attend to people's need and not playing with government's property. That's already subject to suspension or better yet termination!!"

As of writing, the photo has 3, 072 likes and nearly 4, 093 shares.
