MOH publishes 2 lists on non-compliant and unlicensed healthcare providers

SINGAPORE — Beginning from Monday (20 January), the Ministry of Health (MOH) will publish and update periodically two lists on its website giving information about non-compliant and unlicensed healthcare providers and practitioners offering medical and/or dental services.

The lists name providers and practitioners who have been suspended or prosecuted for breaching the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMCA), Medical Registration Act (MRA) and/or Dental Registration Act (DRA).

Providers and practitioners who have been suspended or terminated from the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS), MediSave and/or MediShield schemes will also be listed.
