BRIAN SOZZI: Adam Jonas is naming the EV maker as his top pick ahead of its earnings report after the bell today. Jonas says Tesla has room to undercut the competition. So big call by a friend of the show, Adam Jonas. Always making those big calls on Tesla. And this is a big call. This is probably one of the most important earnings calls from Tesla in recent memory. And, Brad, I know you and I will be ready to rock live on Yahoo Finance as soon as that call ends around 6:30, or hopefully 6:30.

BRAD SMITH: Yes, we will rock you live on Twitter spaces as well. But-- and on the Yahoo Finance app. But Elon Musk mentioning-- Adam Jonas, within this note, mentioning that CEO Elon Musk has been distracted since his purchase of Twitter in late October and that he raised money partly by selling some of his Tesla shares. BRIAN SOZZI: You think Elon is a one-ply or two-ply? He's a two-ply guy. He's got--

JULIE HYMAN: He's a five-ply. He's got the money.
