With so many trends floating around, we want to highlight mugwort, a humble ingredient that has been making ripples in the beauty industry for its powerful benefits.
In Korea, mugwort has been used for centuries as a healing herb, thanks to its antibacterial and antifungal properties. It's also known as “ssuk (쑥),” and can be found as an ingredient in food, especially in rice cake form.
When consumed in tea form, it is said to help calm stomach and intestinal pains, irregular periods and soothe inflammation.
