Must-see sports moments of the week: Pogba's painful pre-game moment
There were plenty of eye-catching sporting moments from the past week, including a moment Paul Pogba would rather forget. Yahoo Singapore picks out a selection.
Paul Pogba’s crown jewels take a hit
While warming up for the game against Everton on Tuesday night, Manchester United’s Paul Pogba took a hit where no man wants to be struck. The Frenchman was hit squarely between the legs by a stray ball – a hit that sent him crumpled into a heap on the pitch.
Ouch.
Cleveland Cavaliers’ Kevin Love floored by a ball too
In another incident related to stray balls, Kevin Love of the Cavs was struck in the face by a basketball during warmup. Love feigned injury and team mate JR Smith played along, catching him and applying CPR. Good ol’ JR.
There was no Love lost between the ball and Kevin’s face… ???? #Shaqtin pic.twitter.com/4we2RZCaPV

Phoenix Suns’ Devin Booker takes out ref
On Wednesday night against the Golden State Warriors, Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns attempted to steal the ball off a Warriors’ pass. It was a successful steal – except that while trying to bring the ball down court, Booker charged right into an official.
Thankfully, neither was injured and Booker didn’t get a charging foul.
That wasn’t supposed to happen. #SCNotTop10

Inspiring one-armed golfer
Six-year-old Tom Morrissey was born with only one arm, but that hasn’t stopped him from developing an impressive golf game. Morrissey has been playing golf since he was three, and hopes to go professional one day. His family even started a non-profit organisation that helps children with limb limitations.
