Nur Jazlan arrives at N. Korean embassy as police cordon off grounds

KUALA LUMPUR: Police officers arrived at the North Korean embassy at Jalan Batai here after Wisma Putra declared that no North Korean is allowed to leave the embassy.

Two traffic policemen were first to arrive at 11.35am.

They were followed by more law enforcement personnel arriving in nine patrol vehicles five minutes later.

At 11.54am police cordoned off the embassy, and police vehicles sealed off the stretch of Jalan Batai where the embassy is located.

Earlier, one embassy official was seen leaving the embassy in an official car.
