Filipino citizens now have more ways to report crimes to police in Metro Manila, following the launch of new text numbers and social media accounts.
Metro Manila police head Chief Superintendent Marcelo Garbo Jr. said this will mean less physical activity for complainants in a crime, radio dzBB's Glen Juego reported.
"We launch (the) social media account to lessen the physical activities of the complainant," Garbo said, according to the report.
