New Delhi, Sep 03 (ANI): Dr Ajay Swaroop, Senior Consultant (ENT Dept) at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital shared that there are no active cases of Mucormycosis. He said, “So, these are types of cases we are seeing now and we're also getting patients from smaller centres. Now that they have suffered a lot, they have moved out because transportation is now much easier. Fortunately, we're not seeing active cases of mucormycosis”. He also added, “We're not getting any active cases of mucormycosis. Now we're seeing old cases that either have residual disease or patients coming with disease in one area that was treated and now they've developed mucor in another area”.
