Nobu Hotel Miami Beach ready for reservations
The latest hotel from actor Robert De Niro and chef Nobu Matsuhisa has officially started taking online reservations ahead of its September 16 opening.
Situated at Eden Roc Miami Beach, the new Nobu hotel, which complements rather than replaces the existing Nobu Miami Beach restaurant that has been drawing in food obsessives for nearly two decades, will offer 206 guest rooms including 36 junior suites and three penthouse suites, plus four pools, a spa and 24-hour in-room dinning.
Of the new venture, also backed by film producer Meir Teper and Australian businessman James Packer, chef Nobu Matsuhisa said: "Since opening my restaurant in Miami Beach 16 years ago, I have felt a connection to this city and the people. Now with the Nobu Hotel, I feel like I have a new home."
