In North Carolina, Long Lines Form as Early Voting Kicks Off

Voters in Durham, North Carolina, were seen lining up at the break of dawn as voting kicked off in the state on October 15, local media reported.

Long waits were reported at locations in Raleigh, Durham, Matthews, and other cities. This clip, from Rashida Hodge on Twitter, shows people queueing up outside the Durham County Library.
