Pierce Brosnan is moving out of the James Bond-inspired house he had built after his first flush of 007 joy, and it could be yours. If you've got $100 million knocking about, obviously.

The Brosnans are moving out of the five-bedroom, seven-fireplace complex on Broad Beach in Malibu, California, which is split over a main house and a guesthouse and started to come together when Pierce spoke to his agent and realised he'd be due a gigantic wedge from Die Another Day.

"I said to Keely, 'Go build your dream house,'" he told the Wall Street Journal. "And she did."

She really, really did. Orchid House took a decade to plan and build. The property has 120 feet of frontage looking out onto the ocean, which is about three times the average around there. Having fallen in love with Thai architecture while Pierce was in the country shooting his second Bond film, Tomorrow Never Dies, the couple brought back carved teak entry gates with them, and tried to mimic the roof tiles they saw in Thailand as exactly as possible.

"It was a labour of love to get the exact green colour," said Keely.

What else can you get for your $100 million? Well, on a lower level of the house there's a 20-seater cinema ("We screen first-run movies every weekend when we’re home") with its own bar, then there's a separate bar and temperature-controlled storage for 200 bottles of wine. There's also a gym, music room and a spa walled in travertine limestone. The main suite spans 4,000 square feet and includes his-and-hers fireplaces and an art studio.

Outside there's a saltwater pool and outdoor eating areas enclosed in glass ("so you can have an outdoor dinner party and your napkins aren’t blowing around"), and an extra bit of beach, which the Brosnans created themselves so the kids didn't have to play so far from the house. Oh, and they've got Kenny G's piano.

The Brosnans say that they loved living there, but that they spend most of their time at their Hawaiian retreat these days. Why wouldn't you? We all saw the set-up they've got going on there during Pierce's GoldenEye watchalong earlier this summer. Unbelievable.

One last thing: according to Keely, Pierce "loves to have a martini". Of course he bloody does.
