Have you ever dreamed of owning a small-town home that was renovated on an HGTV show? Well, now’s your chance! A charming cottage that Erin and Ben Napier restored on Home Town is currently on the market.

The Napiers renovated the bungalow-style home in Laurel, Mississippi, during season two of Home Town. This week, Erin posted about the house's listing on her Instagram stories. The home was originally restored for the Mackenzie and Jim Hurt, a married couple who moved to Mississippi from Virginia. But, according to Erin, the home is now for sale because the Hurts had to move back to Virginia for work.

For $185,000, the one-story house could be yours. The listing states that the 2,018-square-foot home was built in 1924. It has two bedrooms, two full baths, and a den—seven rooms total. The Napiers fully redid the kitchen, which has tall cabinets and butcher block countertops. There’s also banquette seating, a feature that Mackenzie requested since she had one growing up. For the home’s traditional front porch, Ben used reclaimed pine lumber salvaged from the home's interior to make a set of custom chairs. The Napiers also updated the bedrooms and bathrooms.
