ONE Championship To Host 250 ‘Superfans’ At ONE: INSIDE THE MATRIX

Just when martial arts fans thought the blockbuster ONE: INSIDE THE MATRIX event couldn’t get any more spectacular, it was recently revealed that the Singapore government is now letting ONE Championship open the doors to the general public.

Two hundred and fifty “Superfans” will be allowed to witness ONE: INSIDE THE MATRIX in person next Friday, 30 October, at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

This will be the first sporting event with a live audience in Singapore since the COVID-19 pandemic sent the city-state into lockdown in late February.

The decision came just a few weeks after ONE successfully hosted their pilot closed-door event, ONE: REIGN OF DYNASTIES, on 9 October at the same venue.

The Home Of Martial Arts promises that its staff, in conjunction with the Singapore government, will take all the necessary precautions to make sure everyone who attends ONE: INSIDE THE MATRIX will be safe.

All 250 attendees will have to undergo an antigen rapid test before entering the stadium. This will also give the Singapore government the chance to pilot the antigen rapid test, and if all goes well, it may be used at future sporting events.

Martial arts fans who want to attend ONE: INSIDE THE MATRIX in person can purchase tickets through TicketMaster.sg starting this Friday, 23 October.

Ticket prices are $148 SGD and come with a safe seating plan and over $60 SGD worth of ONE-branded gear. Also, five lucky attendees will win JBL Reflect Flow True Wireless Sports Earphones worth over $230 SGD each.

And if you can’t make it in person, you can always watch ONE: INSIDE THE MATRIX on 30 October on meWATCH or the ONE Super App at 8:30 p.m. Singapore Standard Time (SGT). Also, Channel 5 will cut into the live broadcast at 10 p.m. SGT.
