Chinese New Year is fast-approaching, with its familiar red and gold colors making their 2020 debut in early January.
In the same vein, Singapore-based martial arts organization ONE Championship has just announced it has released limited edition Chinese New Year merchandise.
The series of shirts, one of which has already dropped as of this writing, features a design inspired by traditional Chinese cultural elements. The ONE logo is applied in gold, representing wealth and prosperity and is a special patchwork design, combining auspicious symbols such as peach blossoms and clouds. The t-shirt is packaged together with matching red packets in a matching mandarin orange carrier, and is currently available to fans in Singapore.
Being that it is the Year of the Rat, the other variation is a special Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson shirt, which features his logo in the style of traditional Chinese blue-and-white porcelain. The t-shirt, which is sold in a matching box with matching red packets, is available exclusively in the United States.
