SINGAPORE — Content creator Titus Low Kaide was handed two fresh charges on Thursday (17 February), bringing his total number of charges related to his OnlyFans account to five.

The 22-year-old is accused of transmitting obscene material via electronic means to OnlyFans, an online subscription-based content platform. His case is believed to be the first prosecution involving an OnlyFans content creator.

Low is known for his raunchy content on OnlyFans where he charged a $20 monthly subscription fee and had around 209 posts and 338 media files before his account was deactivated.

One of his two new charges states that he accessed his OnlyFans account under the username "tituslow22" in November last year, hence failing to comply with a police order issued on 11 October prohibiting him from accessing or using his account.

The other charge states that Low transmitted 20 obscene photographs and 14 such videos on an account under the username "@titus22low” between 14 November and 27 December last year.

District judge Lorraine Ho noted that Low had turned 21 by the time of the offences.

Low's lawyer Kirpal Singh asked if there were any further charges to be tendered and the prosecution confirmed there were none. The prosecution added that there is currently no plead guilty offer and will be proceeding on all five charges.

No plea was taken from Low, as Singh asked for more time to make representations to the prosecution.

Low's case will return to court on 14 March, although he will not be required to attend personally unless he faces new charges.

First charged on 30 December last year

When Low was first charged on 30 December last year, he was handed two charges of transmitting obscene material via electronic means and one charge of failing to comply with an order issued to him.

These are for allegedly uploading 32 sexually-explicit photographs and 29 videos on the tituslow22 account between April and October last year.

In October, he is said to have further uploaded three obscene photographs and five videos onto his @titus22low account. He was issued an order by a police officer not to access his OnlyFan account on 11 October, but allegedly breached the order by accessing his @titus22low account.

The Singapore Police Force had received a report on 4 September, claiming that Low had uploaded images and videos of his private parts to his OnlyFans account.

The authorities seized the account on 11 October and served him an order not to access it. Low was also warned that a breach of the order would amount to a criminal offence.

Despite the warning, Low allegedly wrote in to OnlyFans administrators, claiming that his account was not secured. A password reset was done, allowing him to regain access to his account, and he allegedly continued to upload more content using the account and another secondary account.

On 1 November, he was served a fresh order not to access both OnlyFans accounts and allegedly breached this order as well.

If convicted of transmitting obscene material electronically, Low faces a jail term of up to three months and/or a fine. If convicted of breaching an order issued to him, Low may be jailed up to six months, and/or fined up to $5,000.
