COE prices show mixed results in latest tender
Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices saw both spikes and tumbles across categories after the latest tender closed on Wednesday.
COE prices for bigger cars generally dipped, as the category for cars above 1,600 cc fell to $64,899 from $65,700 in the previous exercise three weeks ago. The open COE category, which can be used for any vehicle, dropped to $63,001 from the previous figure of $65,301.
However, COE prices for cars up to 1,600 cc went up slightly to $61,990 from $61,899 previously.
The prices in the commercial vehicle category also spiked, closing at $43,390 from $42,001. Motorcycle COE prices increased to end at $4,001 from $3,890.
